Longer fulfillment will occur during high-demand periods, including Black Friday / Cyber Monday week (allow 2 business days).
Estimated delivery: 4–10 weeks (customs may delay further).
Non-expedited international orders ship Mondays & Fridays. Expedited orders ship within 1 business day.
VAT, customs, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & Damaged Items
Returns accepted within 30 days for unused items in original condition.
Refunds cover the order amount minus shipping, unless item is damaged.
Damaged items: email info@norsefoundry.com with your order number and photo. Each case is handled individually; approved refunds are processed in 3–4 business days.
