Shipping Timeframe

🚚 Shipping Timeframe & Fulfillment

We typically ship all orders within1-2 business days (Monday – Friday)from when the order is placed. This excludes U.S. national holidays and days when carriers are closed. Longer shipping timeframes will occur during high-demand periods such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday week and the winter holiday season.

🌍 International Shipping & Customs

International shipping typically takes 4–10 weeks. Please note that both U.S. customs and your local customs office may hold packages for weeks, which can delay delivery. These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Non-expedited international orders are processed on Tuesdays and Fridays only. During holidays, shipping may be adjusted by one day to maintain two shipments per week.

Expedited international ordersare processed within 1 business day of order placement.

We do not pre-charge VAT or other customs fees. Shipping fees cover postage only. Any additional fees, such as VAT, customs, or other taxes, are the buyer’s responsibility. Please verify your local regulations.

⚠️ Shipping Delays Disclaimer

During high-demand periods, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday week, orders will require 2-3 business days for fulfillment.

Some delays may occur during conventions or special events; we will post a notification on the site if this affects fulfillment.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Order Processing & Fulfillment Schedule

Place your order early to get it processed faster! Orders submitted before 12 PM EST are handled the next business day, while afternoon and weekend orders may shift to Monday or Tuesday. Check the chart to see exactly when your order will be processed.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from delivery date, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@norsefoundry.comwith your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Refunds

Some carriers guarantee certain services they offer. If you believe your package is late and would like a refund for shipping due to a delayed shipment, we are happy to submit a claim on your behalf.

- If the carrier approves the claim, we will issue a refund for the shipping costs you incurred.

- If the carrier denies the claim, we will unfortunately not be able to refund the shipping costs.

Currently, the following services have delivery guarantees. Please verify with the carrier, as guarantees are provided by the carrier and not by Norse Foundry:

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days from delivery for unused items in their original condition. Refunds will cover the order amount minus shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@norsefoundry.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Each case is reviewed individually. Once a damaged item is returned and inspected, you will be notified if your refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within3–4 business days(bank processing times may vary).

Return to Sender Policy

Shipping fees are not refunded for packages returned to sender.

Free shipping orders returned due to an invalid or incorrect address are subject to an invalid shipment fee.

To receive your order again, please repurchase and provide the correct address.

We are not responsible for lost or destroyed shipments returned due to address errors or rejected packages.

Order Process

1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

2. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. During high-demand periods, processing will take longer.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled according to the schedule above.

4. Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping) and ask that you place a new order.

5. Order Changes: We cannot make changes to your order after it has shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance before shipping.

FAQ

How long does free shipping take?

We normally find that Free Shipping takes 3 - 5 business days in the continental US. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee delivery timeframes on free shipping only estimates.

What should I do if my shipment is damaged?

Please keep all packaging that came with your purchase, email us photos of the damage to info@norsefoundry.com and we will ship you out replacements of whatever is damaged in shipping. Most of our shipments are insured so we do ask for photos so we can apply for insurance.

Can I get a refund on shipping if it doesn't arrive on time?

If you purchase a shipping option with a delivery guarantee—such as USPS Express, UPS 2-Day, UPS Overnight, UPS Ground, FedEx 2-Day, FedEx Overnight, or FedEx Ground—and the package is delayed beyond the guaranteed delivery time, you may be eligible for a full refund of your shipping costs.

To request a refund, please email us at info@norsefoundry.com. We will submit a claim with the carrier on your behalf and issue the refund within 2 business days once the carrier approves the claim.

Please note:

- Refunds are provided only if the carrier approves the claim. If the carrier declines due to their policies (e.g., natural disasters or other uncontrollable events), we are unable to issue a refund.

- International shipments do not have a refundable guarantee due to customs, VAT, and other factors beyond our control.

I am missing or got the wrong item what can I do?

Email us at info@norsefoundry.com with your order number and which item is missing is incorrect. We are human and mistakes do happen, we apologize and will work to rush out a replacement to you as soon as we can. In most cases we will ship the replacement one of our expedited options unless overnight was purchased prior.
