Shipping Timeframe

We typically ship all orders within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) from when the order is placed. This excludes U.S. national holidays, and days that USPS is not open. Longer shipping timeframes may occur during Black Friday / Cyber Monday week and the winter holiday season due to high demand.

VAT and other customs fees

We do not have the ability to calculate and/or pre-charge VAT and other customs fees that your country may or may not charge you. Our international shipping fee is a flat rate fee that only covers the postage. Any other fees such as customs, VAT and other taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please verify your local laws and regulations for additional fees owed.

Refunds Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from delivery date, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@norsefoundry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address issues on a case-by-case basis, and do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Once a damaged item has been returned and inspected, you will receive an email to advise on whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If the return is authorized, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow for processing time with your bank, typically 3-4 days.
