*Please note due to tariff related uncertainty we did not make a new holiday box for 2025 but were able to restock some 2024 boxes before the tariffs went into effect. We look forward to doing a refreshed new holiday box in 2026
Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping:

  • Orders ship within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
  • Longer fulfillment will occur during high-demand periods, including Black Friday / Cyber Monday week (allow 2 business days).
  • We do not ship on U.S. holidays or weekends.

International Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 4–10 weeks (customs may delay further).
  • Non-expedited international orders ship Mondays & Fridays. Expedited orders ship within 1 business day.
  • VAT, customs, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Damaged Items

  • Returns accepted within 30 days for unused items in original condition.
  • Refunds cover the order amount minus shipping, unless item is damaged.
  • Damaged items: email info@norsefoundry.com with your order number and photo. Each case is handled individually; approved refunds are processed in 3–4 business days.
