    At Norse Foundry, we offer various shipping options to fit your needs. Free shipping for domestic orders usually takes 3 - 5 business days within the continental US. However, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes on free shipping, as they are only estimates.

    For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 7 am Eastern Standard Time for overnight shipping. Please note that Overnight and 2 Day shipping are only available during business days, and we do not offer weekend delivery service. In addition, all non-expedited international shipments are processed on Mondays and Fridays only, with an estimated delivery time of 6 - 10 business days.

    If you choose international shipping, both US and incoming customs offices have the right to hold a package for up to 2 weeks, which can delay the estimated delivery time. We do not guarantee any international shipments, but we can only provide estimates. Expedited international shipments will be processed within one business day of the order being placed.

    When you place a non-expedited international order with us, it is shipped through ShipFIMS (Economy International) and picked up by FedEx to go through U.S. customs in Newark, New Jersey. Your local postal office will then take over the package once it reaches your country, and your tracking will not update through FedEx and will only update through your local post.

    If you would like your local post tracking number to continue tracking the package, please email us at info@norsefoundry.com with your FedEx tracking number and a request for your local postal tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's progress on your local postal office's website as soon as it passes customs in your country. Please allow for up to two weeks per customs office for your package to clear customs.

    Please note that for any questions about your package, you should not contact FedEx. Instead, reach out to your local postal office or ShipFIMS, as FedEx has a different database and may not have the most up-to-date information about your package.

    If you purchase a shipping option of FedEx or UPS and the package is delayed past the delivery time from of that service YES you can get a full refund. Please email us at info@norsefoundry.com we will process it with the carrier and give you the refund within 2 business days once its processed. Please note that we will file the paperwork for the guarantee and provide the refund when the carrier provides it. We normally do not have any issues with these refunds but cannot offer a refund if the carrier declines it for one of their policies (Natural Disaster, Wrath of God, etc)

    If you receive a damaged item from Norse Foundry, we apologize for the inconvenience. To resolve the issue, simply send an email to info@norsefoundry.com with a picture of the damaged item and your order number. Our customer service team will work quickly to replace the damaged item and ensure that you receive a new one as soon as possible.

    If you find that you are missing an item from your Norse Foundry order, don't worry! Simply send an email to info@norsefoundry.com with a picture of your packing receipt, your order number, and the name of the missing item. Our customer service team will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your missing item as soon as possible.
